Service Description

Self Rescue intensive, as the name suggests, deals intensively with the topic of self-rescue over two hours. Techniques are explained to save oneself with one's material in deep water and other dangerous situations are explained. You can also work through your own experiences and problems here. Minimum number of participants: 2 persons *Lesson times may change depending on wind conditions.
